Award Winning Chef from Hertfordshire

Growing up on the borders of Hertfordshire and London, Adam was lucky to have an allotment at the bottom of his garden. From as young as ten, Adam was growing his own fruit and vegetables, fueling a lifelong passion for cooking using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

In 2023, with the mentorship and guidance of Chef Russell Bateman, Adam won ‘Northamptonshire Food & Drink Awards Chef of the Year’ where he was challenged to cook 3 courses from a mystery basket including seasonal locally souced produce. NorthantsCOTY
